Morning Second attempt at pretending that I can maintain a fast pace doing10 x 1 minute repeats. Started with a 10 minute super slow jog to warm up and then got to it. The first four went really well, fast (or at least fast for me) and I managed to get further in the minute than last week but then 5 hit from the 5th repeat my legs were getting tired so I think it fair to say that I need to work on consistency!I really enjoy Yin Yoga because, like many runners I know, I get impatient holding stretches for too long so probably don do each one for long enough.
