I don have sympathy for her but I believe professionals in a position to restrain people should be held to the highest standard including use of the least amount of force necessary. Having worked as both a security guard and a mental health technician I have restrained many people and even suffered injuries requiring surgery. The temptation to lash out, to give as you getting, is really strong but I in that position because I have made an agreement to have control.
